TERMS & CONDITIONS – DELIRIA “BREWER FOR A DAY” GIVEAWAY

Article 1 – Organizer

This give-away is organized by Brouwerij Huyghe,
Geraardsbergsesteenweg 14B, 9090 Melle, Belgium
(hereafter referred to as “the Organizer”).

Article 2 – Eligibility

Participation is open to natural persons who:

• are 21 years or older at the time of participation;
• have an active Facebook or Instagram account;
• comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Employees of the Organizer and anyone directly involved in the organization of this give-away are excluded from participation.

Article 3 – Give-away Period

The give-away runs from 6 February 2026 until 22 February 2026 at 23:59 (CET).
Entries submitted after this date will not be taken into account.

Article 4 – How to Participate

To enter the give-away, participants must:

1. Repost the give-away post in their Instagram or Facebook Stories;
2. Tag @Delirium in the Story repost;
3. Comment on the give-away post by:
   • tagging the person they would attend the experience with;
   • mentioning their favourite Delirium beer or a Delirium quote.

Each participant may enter once per platform. Incomplete or incorrect entries will be excluded.

Article 5 – Prize

The Organizer will award 2 duo tickets.
Each duo ticket includes:

• participation for two persons in the brewing of the Deliria beer at Brouwerij Huyghe;
• one overnight stay related to the experience.

The experience takes place around 8 March 2026, according to the program defined by the Organizer.

The prize:

• is personal and non-transferable;
• cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative;
• cannot be resold.

Any costs not explicitly mentioned (e.g. transport to and from the location) are at the expense of the winners, unless stated otherwise.

Article 6 – Winner Selection

The winners will be selected on 23 February 2026 via an online random picker from all valid entries.

The Organizer’s decision is final and cannot be contested.

Article 7 – Notification of Winners

Winners will be contacted via direct message on Facebook or Instagram within 3 days after selection.

If a winner does not respond within 5 calendar days after notification, the Organizer reserves the right to select a new winner.

Article 8 – Liability

The Organizer cannot be held liable for:

• technical issues, network failures or platform malfunctions;
• loss or delay of entries;
• any accidents, damage or injuries occurring during the prize experience, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.

Participation in the experience is at the winners’ own risk.

Article 9 – Data Protection (GDPR)

Personal data collected in the context of this give-away will be processed solely for the purpose of managing this promotion and selecting the winners.

Data will not be used for marketing purposes and will be deleted after the completion of the give-away, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Article 10 – Platform Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram (Meta).

By participating, participants release Facebook and Instagram from any liability related to this give-away.

Article 11 – Alcohol Disclaimer

This give-away is strictly reserved for participants aged 21 and over.
The Organizer promotes responsible consumption of alcohol.

Alcohol abuse harms your health.

Article 12 – Acceptance of Terms

Participation in this give-away implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the give-away in case of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control.
