| RENEWED BREWERY HUYGHE OPENS ITS DOORS TO THE PUBLIC ON APRIL 22 Following a thorough renovation that cost more than 7 million Euro and took more than one year to complete, the renewed brewery Huyghe finally opens its doors to the public on April 22 from 10h30 until 18h. Visitors will be able to view the entire brewing process and obviously can also visit the new brew room. After the guided tour visitors can taste amongst others the renowned Delirium Tremens or La Guillotine beer. Visitors who are crazy enough to show up dressed as a pink elephant, await an extra reward: the first 25 ‘pink elephants’ receive one year of free Delirium Tremens, all the following ones a Delirium gift box. And no one less than Minister-President Kris Peeters will inaugurate the new brewery on Friday 20 April at 21h15. |
