24Feb | Week 41 2011 until week 8 2012: Completion and testing brew roomFrom week 41 until the beginning of 2012 we have worked hard on completing the outside of the new brew room and testing it. All beers are now being brewed in the new brew room and have been compared to the brewages of the old brew room. Where necessary, processes have been optimized. The new brew room is now completely ready to be fully used. The official opening of the new brewery will take place at the end of April 2012. |
